PC players rejoiced when it was announced recently that they would finally be getting Red Dead Redemption 2 in November. To give a taste of just how good the open-world western will look, Rockstar has released a new 4K trailer for the PC version. The footage provides just under a minute's worth of various landscapes, vistas and environment one can expect when trawling the old country. Horses can be seen galloping on the plains, a snow-storm ravages an isolated cabin, and steam trains chug as some, including the voice-over, lament society's evolution. The montage is undeniably gorgeous, bringing yet more detail to what was already a beautiful looking game. Increased draw distances, improved shadows and lighting, new grass and fur textures are a few of the name-checked improvements for the PC version, and they'll be complemented by new content, such as missions, guns, and horses, for the single-player story. Rockstar is clearly taking advantage of the more robust hardware the PC platform provides to put out a version that makes up for the year-long wait.
